Please get in touch detailing your order number and a description of the issue. Please also include a photo of the fault or damage (including the packaging if this was damaged during transit to you).
We kindly ask that you don't send the item back until you have contacted us as this may delay the resolution.
Once we have reviewed all necessary information, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible.
